Sounds like she IS trained, just incredibly picky about the cleanliness of the litter box. Perhaps consider getting 2 large litter boxes, and cleaning them as often as you can.

keep it cean,she will use it and train herself.i have a stray that only used outdoors now, its winter .i have litter box keep it clean so she doesn’t have to go out in the cod.its snow and ice here.

After every time the cats eats put it in the box. Hold it’s front paw and ‘paw’ the litter with it (eventually should get the idea). If not, physically put the cat’s droppings in the litter tray and let the cat sniff it. Gross, I know, but that’s how I trained my cat. They need to be ’shown’ what it’s for.
Also keep at least two litter boxes in the house and make sure you keep them very clean.
