Get an empty squirt bottle or squirt gun. Everytime she starts to shred a couch or other stuff, squirt her with water. You can squirt her when she bites you too. Cats hate to get wet, after a while, she’ll stop doing stuff to avoid getting squirt with water. There is also some spray you can buy at pet stores to spray on house plants, etc. to keep cats off. But the water is the fastest, if you’re at home with her to do it.

Get her a scratching post - make the post very desirable - cat nip or food helps. (though I don’t think kittens get interested in cat nip ’till about a year.) When she is being good praise her and give her treats - punishing for bad behavior does not really work with cats.
You may also want to do some research on cats - biting and scratching may seem like there is no reason to you but that cat has a perfectly reasonable reason for doing it.

Are you home often? Maybe your kitten is a bit frustrated and doesn’t get enough attention. You might wanna stick at home for a day or two and pay attention to your kitty. Play with it, correct it and pet it. But also enjoy your kitten, it’s so much fun when they’re so young.. and don’t forget cute!
i hope it works!
